First time logging in?
The first time you log in to the website you will be asked for an access code and password. To obtain your access code and password, please contact the Member Service Center at 1-800-661-2766, Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Pacific Time.After you log in the website for the first time, it will automatically prompt you to change your password and choose your challenge questions. Please keep the answers to your challenge questions in a safe place as they will be required to reset your password.If you are having difficulty logging in or understanding how to use your access coder and password, please contact the Member Service Centre, and they will be happy to assist you.

Forgot your password?
If you forget your password, you can
answer your challenge questions and your initial password (as described under "First time logging in") will be restored.
If you try to log in with the wrong password 3 times in a row, your account will be locked. To unlock it, successfully answer your challenge questions or call the Member Service Centre and they will unlock it for you.
If you cannot successfully answer your challenge questions, call the Member Service Centre at
1-800-661-2766, Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Pacific Time.
